All monthly bookkeeping packages are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days’ written notice. We earn your business every month by delivering consistent, high- quality work — not by locking you into a contract.

At Loveland Bookkeeping, monthly bookkeeping packages for small service-based businesses range from $350 to $800 or more per month depending on the number of accounts, transaction volume, and services included. Our Starter tier starts at $350 per month for up to 2 accounts and 75 transactions, our Growth tier starts at $550 per month for up to 5 accounts and 200 transactions with additional reporting and support, and our Premium tier starts at $800 per month for unlimited accounts with full-service financial management including payroll, invoicing, and year-end compliance. All packages are flat-rate with no hourly billing.
No. All monthly bookkeeping packages and cleanup projects are quoted at a flat rate. You know your exact cost before any work begins. We do not bill by the hour for any service.
No. There is no setup fee or onboarding charge for monthly bookkeeping packages. Onboarding typically takes two to three business days and is included in your monthly rate. If your books require a cleanup before starting monthly service, the cleanup is quoted as a separate one-time project.
If your business consistently exceeds the transaction limit for your current tier, we will recommend upgrading to the next tier. We will discuss this with you before any changes take effect — there are no automatic price increases. Occasional spikes in transaction volume within your current tier are handled at no extra charge.
Yes. All monthly bookkeeping packages are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days’ written notice. If your business needs change, we adjust your plan accordingly.
Yes. QuickBooks Online is a separate subscription billed directly by Intuit. Plans range from approximately $30 to $200 per month depending on the features you need. If you do not have a QBO account yet, we can help you choose the right plan and set it up during onboarding. As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Amy may be able to offer a discounted rate on your QBO subscription.
The Growth tier includes everything in Starter plus more accounts, higher transaction volume, accounts receivable and payable tracking, quarterly financial reviews, and a monthly check-in call. The Premium tier includes everything in Growth plus customer invoicing, vendor bill pay, payroll processing through QuickBooks Payroll or Gusto, year-end W-2 and 1099 preparation, and priority support. If you need full-service financial operations management, Premium is the right choice. If you primarily need bookkeeping with deeper reporting and communication, Growth is the most popular option.
