Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Loveland Bookkeeping website (lovelandbookkeeping.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree
with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Loveland Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping, QuickBooks training, bookkeeping cleanup,
payroll processing, invoicing, and year-end compliance services for small businesses in the
Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. The specific scope of services for each client is determined
during the consultation process and outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal. We
reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable
notice.
Not Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice
Loveland Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services only. We are not a CPA firm, tax
preparation service, law firm, or financial advisory firm. Nothing we provide should be
considered tax advice, legal advice, or investment advice. We recommend that you consult with
a qualified CPA, attorney, or financial advisor for matters outside the scope of bookkeeping.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely access to financial records,
bank statements, and other documentation necessary for us to perform our services. Clients are
also responsible for reviewing the financial reports we deliver and notifying us promptly of any
errors or concerns. Delays in providing information may affect our ability to deliver services on
schedule.
Confidentiality
We treat all client financial information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your
information to any third party without your authorization, except as required by law or as
necessary to perform our services through the platforms described in our Privacy Policy
(QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, Gusto).
Limitation of Liability
Loveland Bookkeeping strives for accuracy in all work performed. However, to the fullest extent
permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount
you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, penalties, or tax
liabilities resulting from errors in information provided to us by the client.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on lovelandbookkeeping.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the
property of Loveland Bookkeeping and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You
may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written
permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the
courts of Collin County, Texas.
